Delivery Methods
We ship throughout the UK and also around the world by Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DPD, DHL, UPS and Fedex.
Parcelforce provide a one-hour delivery window service and will inform you of the delivery time by text message. If the timing is not convenient you can simply reply to re-arrange.
International Delivery Terms for the Philip Kingsley Trichological Clinic
Due to customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions applicable to orders placed for international delivery, some of our products may not be available for delivery to certain destinations outside the UK.
Philip Kingsley Clinic products are sold on a delivery duty paid basis. The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on delivery. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are required to check these details before placing an order for international delivery. Our Clinic Customer Service Team can confirm your total delivery charge to ship your order outside of the UK, however Clients should also check local legislation and whether they'll incur further charges upon arrival to the destination country.
Consumer commodities handling fees of £17 will be applied by our carrier partners to orders containing Drops and other products classified as dangerous goods.
In addition, all shipments to EU countries will incur a DDP handling fee of £16 on top of the standard delivery costs.
